The Multisports PROM-ABB Ab / Back Machine is constructed of heavy gauge steel which ensures strength, stability, and durability. High density foam upholstery with stitched seams provide long lasting comfort and durability. Multisports upgraded to New State of the Art Sealed Steel Bearing that have many advantages over the old style bronze bushing. The steel bearing has greater precision than the bushing. The tighter fit will allow for a smoother motion. The steel bearing is more durable and can absorb more punishment.
