Standard Weight Sets
At Iwantfitness.com we carry both standard and olympic weight sets. The main difference between the two are the standard weight plates are set up with a 1 inch diameter hole to fit a standard weight bar and the olympic weight plates have a 2 inch hole for an olympic weight bar.
